Judge Donio’s approach to a settlement is that each party should recognize not only the strengths and weaknesses of their case,
but that of their adversary as well.

Judge Donio believes that people while people may disagree on issues, they do not need to be disagreeable in the process. He believes that if people show respect for each other in the process that any case, no matter how difficult, can be resolved. His goal as a Mediator is to resolve cases early in the proceeding, fairly, efficiently and economically for all parties involved.

Judge Donio is centrally located in Hammonton, New Jersey and has facilities in his office to conduct Mediation sessions overlooking the historic Hammonton Lake.
